GustoBooking services are divided into two main users: service providers and customers.

Features and Permissions for Service Providers:

• Log in to the system with a username and password.

• Enter corporate information.

• Upload their own data protection (KVKK) agreements.

• Add one or more branches.

• Create user accounts for service staff.

• Add, update, activate/deactivate, or delete maintenance types.

• Define service durations based on maintenance type.

• Add bicycle types (optionally include price and description based on type, service, and duration).

• Add an on-site service option, allowing customers to enter their address and required information if selected.

• Add walk-in service types if desired.

• Set service start and end dates.

• Define available service hours.

• Customize SMS content based on different SMS statuses.

• Enter and update SMS title and token information.

• Check branch-based availability, viewable via pie chart (percentage) or list.

• Access service reports, track ongoing and completed services, calendar view, branch selection, and monitor all branches on a single screen.

Customer Side:

Customers reach the reservation screen by filling in the required information.
Service providers can customize the reservation steps. For example:

1. Type of Bicycle/Vehicle to be Serviced

2. Type of Service Requested

3. In-Branch Services vs. At-Home Services

4. Date – Time – Preferred Branch

Customers proceed through the reservation steps based on the options provided by the service provider. In the final step, the customer selects the appointment date, time, and location.
Once the reservation is completed, all necessary appointment details are sent to the customer.
