Key Functions Available in the Management Panel:

• Creating users for personnel who will use the mobile application

• Creating checklists, including main sections, subsections, and content

• Grouping main sections based on product types

• Defining data types for answers (checkbox, numeric, alphanumeric, etc.)

• Prompting users to upload visuals (photos) using the device's camera after entering specific values (e.g., serial number)

• Defining default nominal values for checklists that will be preloaded on the mobile app

• Allowing conditional skipping for sections that cannot be completed during the checklist process

• Requesting video input at the end of required checklists

• Adding English translations for all text fields

• Setting start and delivery dates for newly created checklists

• Assigning a checklist to a specific user or publishing it publicly

• Generating summary tables in A5 label format for completed checklists

• Listing active checklists by date, status, and assigned personnel

• Reporting archived checklist lists

• Monthly graphical reports for archived checklists

• Exporting all checklist contents, list and graphic reports in Excel® and PDF formats

Key Functions Available in the Mobile Application:

• Listing assigned or publicly available checklists

• Starting a checklist, conditionally skipping allowed sections, saving progress and exiting when needed

• Preventing users from editing completed entries

• Capturing and uploading photos/videos directly within the app, storing them with the relevant record

• Uploading external files (Word®, PDF) from the device related to the checklist

General Features:

• Completed checklists can be filed in the desired format and printed directly from the system

• Results can be emailed directly from within the system to specified addresses

• The Mobile App interface supports both Turkish and English, while emailed documents will be generated in English

• All controls over completed records are managed within the Management Panel. Admins can allow or restrict edits

• To handle poor network conditions, the mobile application works offline. Actions are stored locally and can be synced manually once a stable internet connection is available
